I can't recommend Kat enough! I first moved to Chicago in 2008, from a small town in central Illinois. I had no idea about the city and what to expect, but she really took my roommate and I under her wing! After asking us what we wanted/what was important to us (this was a long list, as I am pretty high maintance haha) she sent us lists of apartments and condos in our price range for us to see pictures of before we went to see them. Let me also add that she spent her days off on the phone/emailing back and forth with me to help find our place because of my demanding work schedule. She picked us up for all of our appointments, had the day booked with listings, and even added some along the way! Now, four and a half years later, I'm still using Kat because she simply finds the best locations, deals, and places (lots of sq. ft/condo/updated...the works!).
