Being a born and raised Chicagoan, I know many of the different and unique neighborhoods Chicago has to offer. Not only do I know the housing market of each neighborhood, I am well refined with knowledge about the restaurants, parks, public transportation, schools, social organizations, and entertainment that each neighborhood has to offer. Every neighborhood in Chicago has its own history behind it. One unique feature about Chicago neighborhoods’ is that a new neighborhood can develop simply due to the building of new real estate, such as the Lake Shore East neighborhood in the Downtown area of Chicago.
