Kathryn Prawdzik is a born and raised Chicago native with 10 years of Real Estate experience . She specializes in the sales of single family homes, multiunit buildings, and condos in the Bucktown/Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, North Center, and all downtown areas (Gold Coast, River North, West Loop, and South Loop).
Kathryn started her real estate career during college as a residential leasing agent, and still enjoys working with clients to find their ideal apartment. Kathryn works with a wide range of clients which includes first time home buyers, seasoned buyers and investors. Her “customer service first” philosophy ensures that all of her clients are in constant contact with her and their interests are represented throughout the buying and selling process.
Kathryn attended high school at Loyola Academy and graduated college from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Economics.
Having lived and grown up in Chicago her entire life, Kathryn has a unique understanding and appreciation of each Chicago neighborhood and helping her clients find the perfect area for their needs.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys cooking, working out, and enjoying the culture of Chicago. A restaurant guru, Kathryn enjoys trying new restaurants and finding the best Chicago has to offer. She also loves spending times outdoors during Chicago’s (too short) summers. She also volunteer’s at PAWS and Habitat for Humanity.
Kathryn’s favorite thing about being a real estate agent is seeing her clients smile. She works diligently for her clients, no matter what their budget, to meet and exceed their every need.
